Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • The wrong product was delivered to you.

  • The product is missing from your shipment.

Refund Process:

  • Raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at support@rajshriagencies.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and relevant photos (if applicable).

  • Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note:
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned after the specified window.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

To cancel an order:

  • Contact our support team at support@rajshriagencies.com or call us as soon as possible.

  • If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel it and initiate a full refund.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Note:
Customized or specially ordered items cannot be canceled once placed.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is defective or damaged.

  • You received a different product than what you ordered.

Exchange Process:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Email us at support@rajshriagencies.com with your order details and images of the product received.

  • Our team will validate your request and, if eligible, initiate a replacement.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • The replacement product will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Important Notes

  • Do not accept packages that are tampered with or visibly damaged during delivery.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund, cancellation, or exchange requests that do not comply with our policies.
