1. Processing Time

  • Order Handling: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom/Backordered Items: May take 3–5 business days for processing. Any delays will be communicated via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Currently, we offer the following shipping options (for domestic delivery within India):

3. Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post.
  • Calculating Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

4. International Shipping

  • Not available at this time. We’ll update this page once international shipping becomes available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

  • Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Deliveries must be made to a physical address.

6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • Lost or Stolen Goods: File a claim with the carrier and email us your claim number. We’ll assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address and is returned to us, you’ll be contacted. You may either:
    • Have it reshipped (at your expense), or
    • Request a refund, less any return shipping costs.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
  • After shipment, additions, address changes, or cancellations may not be possible. In this case, the order may need to be returned and reordered.

9. Holidays and Peak Periods

  • Processing times may be extended during:
    • Indian national holidays (e.g., Republic Day, Diwali)
    • Peak sales events (e.g., Diwali, Christmas, New Year)
  • We appreciate your patience during these times.
